Mahisoft's Hiring Process

In our process you will have the opportunity to meet us as a Company and we will get to know you better.

  1. Year phase-1
    Our HR department reaches out to the software engineer.We introduce the company and a first-hand assessment is carried out.
  2. Year phase-2
    A technical test takes place, which allows us to see how the candidate thinks through problems.It is a general exam, which is key to head into the next stage. Let's do it!
  3. Year phase-3
    The first technical interview with a Mahisoft software engineer.We present a logical problem to test the applicant’s technical knowledge and systemic thinking.
  4. Year phase-4
    The second technical interview with a Mahisoft software engineer.Now we present a more complex problem to rate the talent’s technical knowledge.
  5. Year phase-5
    A final interview.Is carried out by our CEO.
